DMV Appeals Process After Your License is Suspended
If you believe that the California DMV has revoked your license wrongfully, you do have some recourse.
After a DMV Findings that is not favorable, you can send an appeal to the DMV office that rendered your original decsion.
Keep in mind there is a time limit to mail the appeal and a fee that needs to be included.
Once this is complete, the appeal is sent to the main DMV office in Sacramento and there an employee will review the Findings.
It is crucial to keep in mind that only the evidence introduced in the initial DMV hearing will be reviewed no additional evidence.
