Major League Baseball has DUI Problems

Due to the rising problem of DUI violations in Major League Baseball by players and coaches MLB Commissioner Bud Selig wants to control this major problem.  Currently how the MLB rules are written players who receive DUI's cannot be punished by the MLB Commissioner.  As the collective bargaining agreement will be expiring this year, the Commissioner wants the power to be able to punish players for being convicted of a DUI.
